Issue of Shares

The Company has today issued 7,000,000 new ordinary shares of £0.0025p each at 1p per share to raise £70,000. The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 4 September 2008.
